Winter Flurry
Winter Flurry is a legendary source that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Wizard, and will only very rarely drop for any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that Sources will usually roll with Intelligence, or at least never roll with Dexterity or Strength.
Winter Flurry properties[edit | edit source]
This item boosts cold spell damage and has a powerful legendary affix adding more cold damage. Despite that, it's little-used as there are other Wizard sources that are even more powerful.
