Robes of the Rydraelm is a crafted legendary chest armor that can be created in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls.

This item can be created and worn by any class, but with a fixed level of 60, no matter what level character creates it, it does not scale up in value/power to remain competitive in the end game.

This armor has no legendary affix and looks like it's bugged, with 3 inherent affixes, all sorted as secondary, but only 3 allowed random primary affixes.
