Raiment of a Thousand Storms

Raiment of a Thousand Storms are a set of items with a required character level of 70 and are only available in the expansion pack, Reaper of Souls. The set is comprised of six pieces of armor, Raiment of a Thousand Storms, Eight-Demon Boots, Fists of Thunder, Heart of the Crashing Wave, Mantle of the Upside-Down Sinners, Mask of the Searing Sky, and the Scales of the Dancing Serpent. All items in this set are Monk-restricted, though the item types could normally be used by other classes.

These items drop as loot, and are not crafted via the Blacksmith or Jeweler, though they can be improved via enchanting with the Mystic.

Set Bonuses

Diablo 3 provides special bonuses for equipping two or more items from the same set.

• The Ring of Royal Grandeur reduces the number of items needed for set bonuses by 1 (to a minimum of 2).

Raiment of a Thousand Storms item set bonuses (2) Set: +500 Dexterity (4) Set: Lightning skills deal 15% more damage. (6) Set: After using Dashing Strike, release Lightning at all nearby enemies for 3000% weapon damage.
