Windforce
Windforce is a legendary bow that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Demon Hunter, and will rarely drop for any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this weapon will always roll with dexterity as the mainstat, regardless of which class finds it. Bows can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also always get Smart Loot'ed to Demon Hunter skills.
Windforce properties[edit | edit source]
This item does not have a legendary affix, though the chance to knockback is a huge number, much higher than the usual random chance for that proc. Windforce was the famous and best unique bow in Diablo 1 and Diablo 2, and while the Diablo 3 version preserves the knockback and the name, it's not the best anymore, though the knockback and a bit higher damage make it a useful tool.
