Schaefers's Hammer.

Schaefers's Hammer is a legendary mace that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class, though two-handed melee weapons are almost exclusively used by Crusaders.

The Smart Drop system ensures that this weapon will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it.

Schaefers's Hammer properties

This item has a powerful legendary affix where getting hit (almost every time) will cause the character to turn into a charge tower and zap all nearby enemies for five seconds. Being hit gain refreshes the timer, and the radius of effect is fairly large, approximately 20 yards. The damage can crit, but does not benefit from +lightning damage item bonuses.
