Fulminator
Fulminator is a legendary sword that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class, though melee weapons are very seldom equipped by Demon Hunters.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this sword will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it.
Fulminator properties[edit | edit source]
This item has a powerful legendary affix that adds considerable lightning damage to the targets. It's best used with attacks that high multiple enemies, since the affected enemy deals damage to everything nearby. Characters with single target attacks will want to focus on Elites, so they can be lightning'ed and then proc to all nearby enemies.
The proc effect does not damage the target afflicted, and will refresh the duration rather than stacking multiple times on the same target. The lighting damage is not boosted by +lightning damage equipment.[1]
