Insatiable Belt
The Insatiable Belt is a legendary belt that can be found in Reaper of Souls, only from Act One Horadric Caches.
This item can only be found and word by any class. The Smart Drop system ensures that this belt will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Belts can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.
Insatiable Belt stats
The belt has a legendary affix that increases maximum hit points for a limited time. Players consider the bonus of dubious benefit, as it's prone to wearing off just when a character is in the most danger and needs more hit points, not fewer.

- +2 Random Magic Properties
Secondary Affixes:
- Increases Gold and Health Pickup by (1-2) Yards.
- Picking up a Health Globe increases your maximum Life by 5% for 15 seconds, stacking up to 5 times..
