Lamentation
Lamentation is a legendary mighty belt that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be worn by the Barbarian and will very seldom be found by any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this belt will usually roll with Strength, and never with Dexterity or Intelligence.
Lamentation stats[edit | edit source]
The belt has no legendary affix but it grants inherent bonuses to strength, plus a very rare bonus to Critical hit Chance from the belt slot. There is also an inherent bonus to one skill, with a random primary affix and both secondary affixes random.

- Increases Frenzy Damage by 5–10% (Barbarian Only)
- Increases Cleave Damage by 5–10% (Barbarian Only)
- Increases Bash Damage by 5–10% (Barbarian Only)
- Reduces resource cost of Rend by 1–4 Fury (Barbarian Only)
- +1 Random primary affix
Secondary Affixes:
- +2 Random secondary affixes.
- Legendary Affix: None.
