Tal Rasha's Wrappings
Tal Rasha's Wrappings are a set of items with a required character level of 60. Gathering pieces of the set and equipping them will bestow the player with bonuses, depending on how many set items are equipped. While this set isn't Wizard-specific (outside of the Source item), it is Wizard-centric in bonuses.

Lore
Tal Rasha was the leader of the Horadrim during The Binding of the Three, along with Deckard Cain's ancestor, Jered Cain. Tal Rasha eventually sacrificed himself under Tyrael's guidance to trap the soul of Baal within himself.
