Profane Pauldrons
Profane Pauldrons is a legendary shoulders that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that these shoulders will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it.
Profane Pauldrons properties
This item dos not have a legendary affix though the lore suggests that there should be one. Perhaps at one time this item boosted the effect of health globes and lost that ability during development.
These shoulders do provide the largest boost to pick up radius of any item that can be used by all classes in Reaper of Souls. The bonus is a throwback to D3v, when 5-7y was the common pickup radius bonus, compared to the 1-2y version seen in RoS.
