Irontoe Mudsputters
Irontoe Mudsputters is a legendary boots that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that these boots will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Boots can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.
Irontoe Mudsputters properties
This item's legendary affix provides a larger boost to movement speed when a character is lower on hit points. This is handy to escape dangerous situations, but hard to utilize as a general speed boost, since most characters end battles at full health, thanks to the health orbs that spawn in numbers during an Elite battle.
