Lizard Eye is the Nightmare quality rare material, created by salvaging magical, rare, or set items found on the Inferno difficulty.

It can also be created by upgrading Fallen Tooth material, the Normal difficulty rare crafting material. Lizard Eye can be upgraded into Encrusted Hoof, the Hell quality rare crafting material.

Lizard Eye is a required material in all rare, set, and legendary Nightmare crafting recipes.
