Triumvirate
Triumvirate is a legendary source that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Wizard, and will only very rarely drop for any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that Sources will usually roll with Intelligence, or at least never roll with Dexterity or Strength.
Triumvirate properties
This item shows power of style, as it's the only legendary source without a legendary affix, but the +damage to fire/lightning/arcane skills, plus inherent bonuses to INT and Crit chance make this one of the most powerful, while never the most imaginative, Wizard off-hand weapons.
