Legacy of Nighttime Whispers are a set of items with a required character level of 60. Gathering pieces of the set and equipping them will bestow the player with bonuses, depending on how many set items are equipped. Similar to Endless Journey, this set only contains two pieces of jewelry.

With Critical Hit Damage and a big bonus to one main stat, each ring in this set can turn out to be very high quality with a good roll on the random modifiers. Surprisingly, two rings can even provide the biggest bonus to Magic Find, Gold Find, or both of any rings in the entire game. (As of v1.06.)


Legacy of Nighttime Whispers

Required Level: 60. Can possibly go lower if one of the random affixes rolls reduced level requirement.


Set Pieces

There are two pieces in the set, both rings of the same level and equivalent scarcity. They are quite similar in stats and quality, though random enough that they will vary greatly from spawn to spawn.

Set Bonuses

Surprisingly, this set offers potentially the biggest Magic Find and Gold Find possible on a pair of rings in D3C.

Neither ring has Magic Find or Gold Find as an inherent bonus, but as the rings get 2 and 3 random modifiers respectively, they can roll the maximum 20% Magic Find and 25% Gold Find, giving them a sum total of 55% Magic Find and 65% Gold Find, which is the highest in both stats that any combination of rings can achieve in Diablo III.


  • +15% Extra Gold from Monsters
  • 15% Better Chance of Finding Magical Items
  • Occasionally summons a short-lived skeleton minion.
