Sash of Knives is a legendary belt that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this belt will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Belts can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.
Sash of Knives stats
The belt has an inherent bonus to mainstat and reduced resource costs, but no legendary affix. However, the huge bonus to Fan of Knives damage is an interesting touch, of use only to Demon Hunters who use a not very common skill. If there were ever a viable Demon Hunter melee build, this belt would be a must since Fan of Knives is very damaging, but only to enemies in melee range.
