Mask of Jeram is a legendary voodoo mask that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Witch Doctor, and will only very rarely drop for any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that voodoo masks will usually roll with Intelligence, or at least never roll with Strength or Dexterity. Any bonus skill damage will be tuned to Witch Doctor skills as well.
- There is another voodoo mask with the exact same name and icon and lore (but different stats), the Mask of Jeram set item, in the Helltooth Harness item set.

Name Error
(As of Patch 2.0.5 there are still two different items called Mask of Jeram, the one in this set and a stand alone legendary mask, which is highly prized for its legendary affix.) Both can be found at level 70 and they share the same item graphic and lore, but they have different stats and are tracked separately for Transmog purposes.
This duplication is very confusing to fans and it's assumed that Blizzard messed up the set item name (since every other item in the set is called "Helltooth ________") and will change it once they finally catch on.
