Firebird’s Finery are a set of items with a required character level of 70 and are only available in the expansion pack, Reaper of Souls. The set is comprised of six pieces of armor and a source, Firebird's Breast, Firebird's Down, Firebird's Eye, Firebird's Pinions, Firebird's Plume, Firebird's Talons, and Firebird's Tarsi. The entire set is Wizard-only, though six of the items are armor in slots that would otherwise be equippable by any class, and with stats a Witch Doctor would enjoy as well as the Wizard.
These items drop as loot, and are not crafted via the Blacksmith or Jeweler, though they can be improved via enchanting with the Mystic.

Firebird's Finery set pieces
The database lists the items in this set as equally likely to roll with any mainstat, but every single one in use on a character in the DiabloNut armory has xx, and none have Dexterity or Intelligence (save a handful that have been enchanted to a mainstat other than STR.)
