Legendary staves found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. These are generally mage-themed weapons, with spell casting bonuses. They are seldom used by Wizards or Witch Doctors though, since a one handed weapon with an off-hand item almost always beats a two-handed weapon, whether spell casting or melee fighting.
See the individual articles for full stats and details about each item.
