Polearms are long, two-handed Melee Weapons that deal heavy damage, but that swing fairly slowly. It's expected that polearms will only be equippable by Barbarians and Monks; they seem too large and heavy for the mage classes to use, though that's not yet been confirmed.
- More details on the ever-changing Class-Specific Weapons.
