Board Walkers properties
The only inherent stat on these boots is +10-12% Movement Speed. These boots will roll higher stat values than Rare boots, but numerous other legendary, set, and crafted set boots have better potential bonuses, including legendary affixes making Board Walkers a good, but not great, piece of end game gear.

Crafting
Once a player finds the randomly-dropped recipe, Plan: Board Walkers, and teaches it to the Blacksmith, the item can be created by any character on that account. This item always has a lvl 70 requirement, no matter what level character crafts it. The Smart Loot system means that this item will usually roll with a mainstat and/or +skill damage bonus appropriate to the class of the character that creates it.
Crafting Costs:
- 32,400 Gold
- 25 Reusable Parts
- 12 Arcane Dust
- 7 Veiled Crystal
- 2 Forgotten Soul
Patch 2.0.6 controversially[1] removed Legendary Materials, which changed the crafting costs for every level 70 RoS recipe. Prior to that patch Board Walkers required one Cartographer's Toolkit.
