Myken's Ball of Hate is a legendary source that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be equipped by the Wizard, and will only very rarely drop for any other class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that Sources will usually roll with Intelligence, or at least never roll with Dexterity or Strength.
Myken's Ball of Hate properties[edit | edit source]
This item's legendary affix boosts the Electrocute skill, allowing it to chain back to targets it has already hit. This doesn't help against a single enemy, where Electrocute is not a very good choice, but can make Electrocute much more effective against smaller groups of enemies, as it can chain to hit each of them multiple times, or bounce back and forth many times between two enemies.
