The quiver pictures has a [[durability]] reading, meaning that it can be damaged to the point of breaking, where it will no longer function until repaired. Another curiosity is that it has the same [[modifier]] that a [[World of WarCraft]] would have found while there were quivers in that game: namely, increased [[attack]] speed. That may be a coincidence, however, as the item is "of the Hare" which gives it that particular property.

Not much else is currently known about quivers in Diablo III.

A Quiver is an off-hand item that may be exclusive to the Demon Hunter.

Quivers

Fans new to the series never need to understand the frustration of running out of bolts or arrows, or having these items take up precious inventory space. The development team for Diablo III has put the axe to arrows and bolts, so the player will no longer need to replenish their stock.

It was long requested and speculated that there would be a quiver item to hold in the off-hand slot for a Demon Hunter due to his/her use of one-handed crossbows. It was revealed that quivers did indeed make it into the game, as of a press event in July 2011.
