The buyback interface appears at the bottom of the shopping window each NPC Artisan displays. Using this, players can buy back items they've sold accidentally, either directly to the NPC, or via Scrolls of Wealth.
It's not yet known how long items will remain in the buyback window; perhaps it resets each time you visit that NPC, or items might pile up in it for each entire game?
It's also not known how the prices will be; presumably there will be a surcharge for the convenience, and as punishment for your misclicked sale.
There does not seem to be an unsalvage interface, so be careful what you stick into the salvage cube.
