Overwhelming Desire is a legendary amulet that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this amulet will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Amulets can roll with up to 10% ChC and 100% ChD, as well as up to 20% Elemental Damage so big offensive stats are all but mandatory for end game amulet options.
- This item can only be found from an Act Three Horadric Cache. It can not drop directly from enemies or be gambled.
Overwhelming Desire properties[edit | edit source]
This amulet packs a handy legendary affix that will occasionally charm enemies, causing them to take considerably boosted damage for the duration. This can be extremely handy when it pops on a big Elite, such as a Rift Guardian.
