Singularity is a crafted legendary source that can be created in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls.
This item can be created and worn by any class, but with a fixed level of 50, no matter what level character creates it, it does not scale up in value/power to remain competitive in the end game.
Singularity stats[edit | edit source]
This Source has no legendary affix, but its inherent properties are the most valuable, including critical hit chance, intelligence, and APoC. Even with those, the level 50 status means any decent level 60, much less level 70 Source, will yield far more benefit to any Wizard.
