Ouroboros is a legendary amulet that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this amulet will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it.

This item does not have a legendary affix, but is a popular amulet all the same since it has good inherent stats and good odds to roll as a very good item. Glorified rare or not.
