Unending War is a crafted legendary mighty weapon that can be created in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls.
This item can be created by any class but equipped only by the Barbarian. It has good damage for the level, but all that really matters for low level weapons is the socket + a big ruby, and attack speed to hit more often. Two-handed weapons are not fast, and this item will always be level 23 and does not scale up no matter what level character creates it.

This weapon has no legendary affix and with a slow attack rate it isn't especially useful compared to other items for the level.
