Fiery Brimstone is the legendary-quality material for level 1-60 items and crafting recipes in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. It is used in all legendary and set crafting below level 61, and is also required to enchant legendary or set items below level 61.
This material is obtained chiefly by salvaging level 1-60 legendary or set items. It may also be dropped directly by level 1-60 Rift Guardians.
Above level 60, the Forgotten Soul material fills all these rolls, and is the end game legendary material in Reaper of Souls.
