Harvest Moon is a crafted legendary mighty weapon that can be created in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls.
This item can be created by any class but equipped only by Barbarians. With a fixed level of 54, no matter what level the character who creates it, this is one of the more useless items in the game. The DPS is fine for 54, but by 60 any decent rare weapon can double the DPS, and any lvl 60 item with reduced level requirements is vastly better. This is even more true in Reaper of Souls, where lvl 70 weapons can get up to -32 level requirements.
