The Helm of Command is a crafted legendary helm that can be created in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls.
This item can be created and worn by any class, but with a fixed level of 60, no matter what level character creates it, it does not scale up in value/power to remain competitive in the end game.
The Helm of Command stats[edit | edit source]
This helm has no legendary affix, though the one inherent bonus is an odd one, adding +8% chance to block. Obviously, this helm is of best use to a character using a shield
