Steady Strikers is a legendary bracers that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can only be found and equipped by any class.
The Smart Drop system ensures that these bracers will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Belts can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.
Steady Strikers stats
These bracers had no legendary affix, and include inherent bonuses to Attack Speed, Armor, and Life per Hit. Useful bonuses, but not the most sought after offensive bonuses on bracers, making these a good item, but no one's ideal gear for the end game.
