Jang’s Envelopment
Jang’s Envelopment is a legendary belt that can be found in Diablo 3 and Reaper of Souls. This item can be found and equipped by any class, though the special bonus heavily favors use by Wizards.
The Smart Drop system ensures that this belt will usually roll with the mainstat appropriate to the class that finds it. Belts can roll with +skill bonuses as well, and these will also usually get Smart Loot'ed to appropriate skills for your class.

The belt is one of the favorites for Wizards, with a powerful legendary affix that adds a slowing effect to the already very powerful and CC-effective Black Hole skil.
