Studies for a Wizard, in how to better make use of her spells through harnessing some of her physical stamina.
Skill Design
Slightly weird choice for a game mechanic. Perhaps a way to encourage some Wizards to go for a more health-geared setup, and part of the whole "melee-Wizard" hinted from other skills?

Only Rank 1 is currently known.

Development
Conjured Power was first shown at BlizzCon 2008 when the Wizard was unveiled as a Tier 3 skill in the Conjuring Skill Tree. It was removed sometime prior to BlizzCon 2009, probably because of the slightly weird mechanic of the skill.
