The Imperial Guard's Orders

The Imperial Guard's Orders is a single entry journal found in the Rotting Cellar in the Dahlgur Oasis of Act II. It is dropped after killing some Imperial Guards who are tormenting Javad the Merchant.

You are not required to be on any particular quest for this cellar to appear but you will first encounter the Oasis on the Betrayer of the Horadrim quest although the cellar may not always appear.

Only one of your characters needs to find the journal for you to be credited with it.
