There is one part to The Promises of Fezuul al-Kazaar and it's dropped from Fezuul a Superunique found in the Dahlgur Oasis. He's quite a rare spawn and will appear at a small pool with skeletons scattered around the ground.
Only one of your characters needs to find the journal for you to be credited with it.

Judging by the condition of the gnawed corpses found weeks later Fezuul kept at least one his promises -- Abd al-Hazir
