The Witch Doctor summons a Fetish spellcaster to cast hexes upon his enemies.
Skill Design
It is unknown what kind of hexes the fetish caster will cast, as this skill had the words "Not Yet Implemented" written on it. The hexes could be like the Necromancer curses, and the fetish could cast random curses while he is summoned. All in all, we just don't know much about him or this skill, speculate at your own risk.
