Bad Temper is a must have for Barbarians, it will give them a window of opportunity to maintain fury from the end of a battle to the beginning of another one.

Skill Design

This skill is passive, it becomes activated from the moment you spend a skill point into it. This skill would be a good choice for Barbarians of all builds, since it helps to gain and maintain fury, and to keep the gameplay moving at a fast pace.

Bad Temper was seen in every Diablo 3 game demo to date, and was recently updated, judging from the latest demo. At one point, this skill only game a reduction to Fury degeneration.
