Penetrating Spells

Penetrating Spells is a Wizard trait. It reduces the resistance of the Wizard's enemies.

Prior to the skill tree shakeup and the introduction of traits, there was a passive Wizard skill by this name, with very similar properties.

• Description: Reduces the resistances of your target to your spells.
• Max points: 3
  • Rank One: Reduces target resistances by 20%.
  • Rank Two: Reduces target resistances by 40%.
  • Rank Three: Reduces target resistances by 60%.
• Lore: Not yet known.

One of the most powerful Wizard traits; this one will be mandatory for virtually every build.
