Skill Design

Strong Constitution is passive skill, it becomes active from the moment you spend a skill point into it. This skill is constantly working, it will heal for exactly 18 health in a 60 second period at rank one, with the rate being 0.3 health/sec. This is another skill to make the Barbarian less worried about his health, since the constant healing of this passive, coupled with other skills in this tree, will keep the Barbarian alive for a long time.
