Insane Courage is a Barbarian trait. It enables the Barbarian to take less damage when his health is below 50%.

The description must be a work in progress, since it lists a concrete damage, while the trait allows up to three points, which would surely increase the damage reduction above the starting value.

Prior to the passive skills shift to traits in 2010, the Barbarian had [[Second Wind {skill}|a passive skill called Second Wind]] (with different properties than the new Second Wind trait which lowered the damage taken when the Barbarian was below 50% health. The reductions were, by skill rank: 18%, 21%, 24%, 27%, 30%. It seems this property lives on in Insane Courage, with reduced damage reduction values.
