Penetrating Spells is a Wizard trait. It reduces the resistance of the Wizard's enemies.
Prior to the skill tree shakeup and the introduction of traits, there was a passive Wizard skill by this name, with very similar properties.

- Rank Two: Reduces target resistances by 40%.
- Rank Three: Reduces target resistances by 60%.

One of the most powerful Wizard traits; this one will be mandatory for virtually every build.
