Cruelty (trait)

Cruelty is a trait possessed by the Barbarian, Monk, Witch Doctor, and Wizard. It enables a character to increase their chance of dealing critical strikes during combat.

This is a Barbarian, Monk, Witch Doctor, and Wizard trait. It's certain to be a Demon Hunter trait as well, once her character development is more advanced.

Synergies

Critical hit boosts damage with every type of attack in the game. In addition, various other traits boost critical hit likelihood, damage, or both.
