Skill Design

A good passive skill to help bring down tough dying enemies faster, and will surely help against bosses. It is unknown what kind of damage it increases, Spell damage or Weapon Damage? or both? Does it spread to Party members? We just don't know for now. The increase in health required for the buff to activate is assumed, it may continue to stay 25% even at rank 5.
