Pound of Flesh is a trait used by the Barbarian, Demon Hunter, and Monk. It increases the likelihood that a health globe will drop from a monster they kill.

- Rank Two: +40% increased chance.
- Rank Three: +60% increased chance.
- Rank Four: +80% increased chance.
- Rank Five: +100% increased chance.
- Lore: Not yet known.
