The Witch Doctor's time spent living in the jungle caused him to adapt to the harshness of the environment.
Skill Design
A good passive skill that will provide a high vitality bonus at higher levels, but it is unknown why dexterity was added, since the Witch Doctor doesn't utilize dexterity much. Still, having 3 sources for extra vitality is good, and spending 5 points into this skill will not go to waste.
