There is one part to The Promises of Fezuul al-Kazaar and it's dropped from Fezuul a Superunique found in the Dahlgur Oasis. He's quite a rare spawn and will appear at a small pool with skeletons scattered around the ground.
Only one of your characters needs to find the journal for you to be credited with it.
