Arcane Weakness is a Tier 2 skill from the Wizard's Arcane skill tree, adding a debuff to enemies hit with Arcane spells.

This would presumably stack with other passives that increase the damage and hit chance of critical hits.

Development

Arcane Weakness was first shown at BlizzCon 2008 when the Wizard was unveiled. It had some minor changes, including a move to Tier 5, and doubling the percentage of damage at the demo shown at BlizzCon 2009. You can see the latest version of the spell here.
