Spirit Vessel is a tier I skill in the Zombie Skill Tree, which causes every Health Globe that you pick up to restore mana as well.

A good passive skill that will restore mana when picking up health globes, there aren't many other ways to restore mana (as far as we know), so spending 5 points into this skill is advised to keep casting spells.
