The Flooded Cave appears in the Dahlgur Oasis in Act II. It's a two-level dungeon which doesn't feature in any quests but can spawn an event: The Cursed Shallows on level 1.
It has a Resplendent Chest on level 2 as well as a shrine.
It's a pretty good dungeon for Champion packs with at least two appearing and there is usually one Rare monster to be had too.

Waypoint[edit | edit source]
Waypoints are special plates on the ground that form a network of jump points allowing players to instantly teleport between them. The nearest waypoint for Flooded Cave appears in the Dahlgur Oasis or the Path to the Oasis which sits right at the bottom of the Oasis.
