The Ruined Cistern appears below the Flooded Causeway in Caldeum in Act II. It is a very small level and serves as a conduit between the Flooded Causeway and the Dahlgur Oasis. Nothing of importance takes place here but it will count towards The Jewel of the East achievement.

Checkpoints

Waypoints are special plates on the ground that form a network of jump points allowing players to instantly teleport between them. The nearest waypoint for Ruined Cistern appears just at the entrance into the Path to the Oasis.
